manufacturing organizations and a not-for-profit regional health insurance company.
Most currently she works at Latham Pool Products, the leading manufacturer of in-ground residential swimming pools & components in North America.
Throughout her career, her mission has been and continues to be, leaning out Finance processes to make her teams & co-workers more efficient & engaged, while simultaneously becoming more effective business partners.
FP&A Manager, Room & Board
Jean has been at Room & Board for 10 years as the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager.
During this time, she initiated and led the project to choose and implement a planning and reporting System.
Prior to that, Jean was at Deluxe Corporation and Target Corp in their corporate finance group.
She holds an inactive CPA license, and graduated with honors from University of Minnesota Mankato with an Accounting degree and a minor in Computer Science and Business Administration.

John O'Rourke is Vice President of Product Marketing at Host Analytics.
With a background in accounting and finance, John has over 30 years of experience in the software industry and 20 years of experience in EPM product marketing at Hyperion Solutions, Oracle and Host Analytics.
John has written and spoken on many topics in EPM and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College.
