Many finance organizations have embarked on their own journey to streamline their financial planning, consolidation or reporting processes to enable finance to have more time for value-added analysis and strategic work.

But along the way, questions such as, are we doing the right things? What should we focus on next? How do we compare against the industry? Typically come up.

Based on market research and hundreds of implementations, join Host Analytics as we answer these questions via an EPM Maturity Model.  It will help you benchmark your organization's current capabilities, lay a clear path to success and make the case for change internally.

Attendees will learn:

  • The five stages of the EPM Maturity Model
  • How companies can use the model to improve their planning, reporting or consolidation processes
  • Real examples of the value companies are gaining from EPM
