An effective financial plan is led by finance but created with operations as a partner. It must be highly iterative, bought into, and effective at driving business decisions. This is especially true because of the proliferation of business data and independent planning done in areas like sales and marketing, separate from the financial plan.

Join us, April 25th at 11am PT as we demonstrate the benefits to finance organizations that change the game. See how to go from siloed planning to building effective plans that align finance and operations around key company objectives and goals.

After attending this event you will:

  • Understand the challenges and benefits to Finance of a unified plan
  • Take away tips on how you can change the game in your organization
  • Learn how newer cloud EPM technologies facilitate these financial processes
